CLIENT NEED

The client owned a beautiful Cape Cod-style home with stunning panoramic views of the La Jolla coastline. The existing structure had once been beautiful but had fallen into disrepair and dilapidation, and the client also felt they could make better use of their land and views.

OUR SOLUTION

We proposed a two-pronged solution: We completely gutted and retrofitted the home in a manner befitting its beautiful original design. Then our in-house designers created a large new courtyard above the canyon that formed part of the client’s land. The result was a breathtaking new outdoor living space that blended perfectly with the newly revamped, yet classical, interior.

AN EXPANSIVE NEW DECK HAD TO BE ANCHORED INTO THE HILLSIDE WITH DEEP CAISSONS.
